3. Service Execution & Direct Contracts
All roofing repairs, emergency tarping, physical assessments, price estimates, contracts, and warranties are executed directly between the property owner and the dispatched independent licensed Michigan contractor. The property owner agrees to independently verify contractor licensing, insurance coverage, and written estimates prior to authorizing work.
